the default Caddy setting for the quick guide is overly verbose
I am testing the "quickstart" self-deployment and tried to stress-test the management node by connecting about 200 clients to it.
I noticed a very high I/O throughput for the Caddy container and noticed that it was setup with the debug log option. I wonder if it might be better to leave that to "error".
Also the generated docker-compose.yml file has the old "version: 3" heading that gives deprecation warnings when ran.
