game recording isn't a beta feature anymore tho as of like today so i checked and yeah it still crashes on steam client stable

found what looks to be a successful sleep button press from earlier in the day, where no game was open (or a game was open that had recording disabled, i do not remember)

they did recently introduce microphone support and while that wasn't enabled in this example it might mean they changed how things are done

i'm not quite sure what they mean but the two pipewire lines kinda imply to me that this COULD be because of how the game recording beta captures audio

the "power key pressed short" at 18:59:18 seems to be from when i got tired of waiting in the weird terminal space and held the power button to shut down
