Can't put my Steam Deck Oled to sleep
When I disable "Allow this device to wake the Steam Deck" for every controller in the bluetooth options AND I disable bluetooth AND I try a few times in a row, it works as it should.
So I guess I have a temporary fix and the issue is bluetooth related.

QAM menu refresh rate control not working
I have the same issue on my Oled Deck.
I noticed when I disable the frame limit and lower the refresh rate even of 1Hz, framerate tends to be limited to 45fps.
