MythicMobs vs. Boss and/or Other Similar Plugins?
The free version of mythic mobs is fine to use, there are some features that the premium version adds that are worth it if you are going to invest any amount of time into configs. I recommend trying out the free version and if you hit a point where you are wanting to use some of the premium features to purchase it then. I have no experience with the other plugin but would lean to mm as there is alot of support for it.

Oraxen + Items Addder (+ Model Engine)
Why do you need items adder for NPCs and how is Model Engine involved?
Both Oraxen and Items adder are mostly resource pack managers and the features are pretty similar I'm curious what application you would need both?
