crosshair trouble
not sure why but every now and then past week when i go into the game all my crosshair profiles are gone and left with just the one default one. anyone know why this is happening?

unreasonable chat ban
got such a wtf ban,
enemy said (banned word that starts with t) sucks
but nobody on either team had tran of any sort in their name so i asked whos (banned word that starts with t)and got chat banned for a day?? and enemy didnt get banned?
