do i lose more rr for that match cause its a silver gold lobby? cause even when i do bad in a plat-gold lobby i dont loose more than 15 but that match i lsot 18 even though i was team mvp

The rr loss is down to the point diff (how much ur team loses by), and how far your skill level (mmr) is from your rank. If your skill level is lower than where riot wants it for your rank, you'll lose a lot of rank rating for losses, and gain a little for wins until your skill level is even with ur rank.
In a silver lobby, a team MVP is not seen as impressive since they are lower rank than you so you lose more than if you did good or bad in a high gold-plat lobby.
