livewire/update 404 error

Could be a bunch of things, maybe check nginx logs and see where it is looking for the index.php. Also could be that you don't have nginx configured properly for laravel. Also could be that the files on the server don't have correct ownership/permissions set up. Less likely that nginx is pointing to root of the application instead of /public Without more info no one would be able to help you.
