Access MariaDB in Drizzle using node-mysql2?
That's what we are currently also trying to do. It was possible for us to use most of the stuff when you change the mode to "planetscale", because planetscale and mariadb both do not support lateral joins.
But then we had other problems with using the query builder and one relationships.
