oh i was asking since i'm on and AMD GPU (in an Ally) and was getting the same corruption, maybe that's a different issue?

oh weird just noticed you're on an nvidia GPU, i'm getting simiiar corruption on an AMD GPU in an ROG Ally Z1

ROG Ally emudeck wont take sd card
FWIW the original ROG Ally's (including Extremes) have a notoriously high rate of dead SD card readers, my Ally included. You can check if the SD card appears in desktop mode or using
lsblk over ssh but it's probably a dead reader. Do you recall if it worked under Windows? Might be worth doing an RMA on.7 replies
