did you figure out what mod was causing the problem? I still have the same issue as you. I'm going to reboot the server and see if that helps.

Mods install but cant unlock in hub
I'm having the same problem. I have the mods loaded locally and on the server. In fact, I can see the updates for resource nodes in the hub, but I can't add the materials to unlock them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled from the server as well, but to no avail.
