Pants you can go with chinos or trousers, top a tucked in tshirt or a vest and a shirt on top would work. Maybe you can work with cropped pants and high sneakers such converse to break the formality. Add accessories as much as you can as well, a hat would help dressing down the outfit as well if it looks too formal

Limited wardrobe college fit check

It looks well put together. I would probably choose a different color for the tshirt, an off-white would look perfect in my opinion. You can also try the navy one you have since brown/navy go well together, but you'll have to wear a different jacket For shoes, any off-white/beige/white would work. It also depends on your top but you can even go crazy with some green shoes since they might compliment the brown pants
