Super low fps on new build.

Hello I've got a recent build of Ryzen 9700x cpu and 7800XT gpu. It's also the first time I use bazzite. For some reason I'm getting 40 fps in Overwatch and 50ish frames in Marvel rivals both on lowest settings. Any tips how can I check if its the GPU being used? The gpu fans start spinning maybe once every 10-15 minutes while the lights are always on. Seems like the load isn't going through it.
