Odd mouse stutter after playing anything for some time
I had a similar issue with a Ryzen 7700 which I fixed by disabling the integrated GPU in BIOS

Enabling adaptive sync causes huge frame drops
SOLVED by disabling Ryzen integrated GPU in BIOS. I don't know why it works, but it works!
