As you can see in the second pic the bottom part is not blurred, also if a reduce the window size the same is for the right side, to reproduce you might need to change the Windows settings and put the zoom to 125% or more

for me it's just a reason to start learning it! i also wanted cool animations and saw that https://angular.dev uses GSAP so i started looking into it, you can find a lot online
