ItemsAdder - Bungee Resource pack
Unless it explicitly says that in the docs I'd imagine it does it similar to Oraxen, and if that's the case then it won't be pulling from server1, it'll just check whether the RP you have from server1 has the same files as server2; if it does then it won't make you reload that pack, if it does have a file different then it will.
I'm basing it off of my knowledge of Oraxen though and it could different in IA. If you want to just test it you could copy the IA plugin + config over to server2 and see if it forces you to re-download the pack.
I'd say get IA support but from the sounds of it - there is none

Do you have the same RP on that secondary server?
Not sure how it works for IA but for Oraxen iirc it requires you to have the same RP otherwise it'll unload. Basically if your HUB RP has different files then it'll not work the way u intend.
other than that I'm not really sure since I don't use IA :/
