Slideshow performance after logging in while monitor was off during boot
Clean installed the nvidia PC version of Bazzite 40 with KDE a few days ago now. Using Plasma X11. Probably the most aggregious thing I've done is manually shrink the boot drive partition by 20% using Gparted (emulating a function of Samsung Magician), but other then that I've just installed some Steam games, some emulator flatpaks and a few things from the Bazzite setup app.
When booting up after the PC's been shut off for a few hours, upon logging in the interface runs at about 0.2~0.5 FPS. Appears to be reproducible as it's happened on 3 out of 3 first boots. CPU and GPU usage are essentially zero.
Restarting or a cold boot just after the fact fixes the issue. Just tried logging out and logging back in and I just got a black screen instead. Seems like it has to be a wait longer then 90 minutes. Or it can all be superstituion, who the heck knows.
Considering reinstalling but I dunno if someone wants to check it out first
