Installing Efficiency Checker Mod on a server

@Marcio <Checkers/Copier/WallSup> Sorry for the tag however I am getting a error when installing this mod and the dependency on my server: Plugin 'EfficiencyCheckerMod' failed to load because module 'EfficiencyCheckerMod' could not be loaded. There may be an operating system error or the module may not be properly set up. Any idea what would solve this? Thank you.
