yo lets go that worked. so what was the problem? steam install happened to get borked for some reason?

Clicking steam from menu doesn't open it. Trying from terminal shows no output.
Because as mentioned in the title, the pre-installed steam on the image doesn't do anything. It doesn't open, theres no logs from the terminal, nada. So I installed it from a flatpak just to see if it would run (it does)

Laptop is a dell G3 with an Nvidia 1060 6GB intel i5 8300H 16gb ram Fresh install, only image on drive.
