Could be it's slightly in front of the node? Try backing it up then driving forwards.
If that doesn't work, try replacing the station?

Nope, they just need to align to the top base. The wheels underneath honestly are mainly visual

oh yeah, the bearing is definitely upside down. sticky part should point towards the chassis below it
