kinda looks like your mechanical bearing is pointed the wrong way

ok try right-clicking the bearing with an empty hand
oh yeah, the bearing is definitely upside down. sticky part should point towards the chassis below it

reverse the direction of the windmill bearing
there's the little square interface on the side that lets you set direction
