Railway Rocket Template Won't Deploy OpenSSL?

Way to set spending limit?

Howdy, I was checking out the dashboard today to try and find a way to set a max billing limit. My biggest fear in life is having a service run rampant and accidentally getting charged a lot of money. Is there a way to set a monthly spending limit in railway, such that my services shutdown before I incur a large bill?
