Using vulkan in any flatpak only sees my integrated graphics (9070 XT)
Whoops, of course I find others with the issue right after I submit, and it totally is just waiting on upstream Mesa-git. Marking solved!

System freezing with kernel 6.13.4/5
I swapped from an Nvidia GPU to AMD (and bazzite-deck-gnome testing now) and this is also occurring to me on both testing and stable. I also run two monitors with different refresh rates with AMD CPU & GPU.
