Steam launches then crashes when not launched from terminal

Title says it all, Whenever I launch Steam (flatpak or from bazzite-arch container) after sign-in the steam window appears black, closes and reopens forever. If I launch with a terminal by entering the container and running steam, I'm on AMD/AMD games also seem kind of unstable, as well as firefox crashes a lot too. unsure if this is connected or not, but wasn't really happening when I was on ublue/kinoite, I've tried 2 fresh installs of Bazzite too, and this happens all out of the box.

Can't enter bazzite-arch container

Trying to enter bazzite-arch via distrobox fails with the below:

[pasquale@marisa pasquale]$ distrobox enter bazzite-arch 
Error: crun: chdir `/var/home/azeroth.phila/pasquale`: No such file or directory: OCI runtime attempted to invoke a command that was not found

[pasquale@marisa pasquale]$ distrobox enter bazzite-arch

I was able to run exported apps, and it looks like the container is still running, but I can't enter it. The folder that it's trying to enter seems to exist
