Overwatch 2 Performance Issues
Well there are a lot of things that happened in one day.. the commands worked but only for two hours after the same thing.. and as a bonus my gpu gave up after 7 years. I bought a new one s AMD and upgrade my ram to 32 Gb. I have play maybe 2-3 hours no issues at all I think the problem was really my gpu that was old

Found the part solution have to delete steam_dev.cfg that was also slowing down the build for the shaders then the game launched. I have also repair the game and use proton-ge 9.12
Everything is working except some lags that i have while in game i have to return to the desktop and rego to the game.. I think i need to upgrade my ram to 32 GB or maybe all my system ?
