Impossible to change sddm
I can not add a new sddm. Yet I've followed the instructions in the doc (https://universal-blue.discourse.group/docs?topic=574#universal-instructions-for-most-custom-themes-2).
Any Ideas ?

SDDM requires seems to be installed at a system, they cannot be installed locally
If your theme is not packaged as an RPM you need to package it yourself and then layer it
There's an open issue with SDDM to fix some of that that Fedora is pushing, but you'll have to wait until it's implemented if you don't want to go through all that
