Do note that servers generally don’t like you doing that, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you care about getting banned

Does a datapack or minimap server side mod exist for Fabric?
I doubt it. The plugin ones are more of an experiment, not something you’d really want on a production server. I doubt anyone has remade them for fabric. You’d be much better off using something like bluemap as mentioned above

how do I see what score is being tracked in the Player List?
Pretty sure that’s not their ping. As Kotlin Enthusiast said though, if you’re using “TAB” you can change/remove it pretty easily. https://github.com/NEZNAMY/TAB/wiki/Feature-guide:-Yellow-number. If you’re using a different tab plugin, they may have a setting for that too

CoreProtect v21.3 with Mohist 1.19.2
Pretty sure you are S.O.L. Mods and Bukkit aren’t supposed to mix, software like Mohist that try to do it anyways end up breaking a ton of stuff in the process. I would highly recommend not using it, it’s more trouble than it’s worth. You’d be much better off using mod replacements for plugins instead.

paper server only uses 1 threat and doesnt run properly
You’re at 20 tps, your server isn’t under a heavy load, no reason for it to randomly max a core
