Can't access port 8080

Does bazzite (or silverblue) come with some default firewall? I'm trying to access the CEF remote debugging page on port 8080, I can do it from the handheld itself through localhost:8080, I can access the handheld from another machine through SSH in port 22 (just to be sure that I can connect to it at all), but no luck with 8080, just gets refused. I feel that I'm probably missing something really simple and obvious... iptables -L
