I hope there’s a fix in the works. So far that’s literally the only problem with using Bazzite on my Ally X. Even with this problem it’s still better than using Windows.

Seems this is true. Yesterday, I would be playing Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night for about two minutes, and the audio would start lagging. At first barely noticeable, but after about another minute, close to a two second delay. Just now, I restarted my Ally X while docked, and played the same game for an hour and a half with no audio issues.

I'll give that a go tomorrow, when I have the TV to myself.

Problem is, that solution doesn't help us here on Bazzite. Is there an alternative Realtek driver we can load in Linux?

I'm having this issue, too. I've found it's not a problem exclusive to Bazzite, but an issue with the Realtek audio driver, according to a few sites and reddit threads: https://www.reddit.com/r/ROGAlly/comments/15v7n9y/audio_delay_when_docked/ The fix for those on Windows seems to be downloading the Realtek audio driver from the Asus site
