Chrome won't remember window positions on launch in KDE
The application is supposed to do this by selecting its own "Continue where you left off" setting.
Configuring the window manager rules to Position: Remember only appears to work for the last active chrome window, and will result in all subsequent ones be overlaid on top of it on restore.
As i'm very reliant on visual-spatial memory for my workflow, needing to rearrange my sessions every time (typically about a dozen windows with multiple tabs each) is both a productivity sink and extremely obnoxious.
Is there any method to force the intended behavior in KDE Plasma? Alternatively, as this is a critical functionality for me, does Chrome work correctly in other DEs?

Failing to initialize Waydroid
Fresh desktop install AMD Ryzen 7600 + RX 6700XT.
Attempted to open the task menu shortcut, "Initialize Waydroid" GUI opened up, and seeing it required configuration I promptly closed it and found the guide (https://docs.bazzite.gg/Installing_and_Managing_Software/Waydroid_Setup_Guide/)
Following the guide, attempting to Initialize Waydroid threw this error message:
Job for waydroid-container.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status waydroid-container.service" and "journalctl -xeu waydroid-container.service" for details.
Attempted the Reset Waydroid option, then attempted to Initialize again. This results in the CLI just hanging there until terminated, no outputs.
