the nice!nano on that side has a shine to it and so does the pcb, should I be concerned?

I took the board apart again and reseated the nice!nano and the ctrl key is being held down again.

Ctrl being held down and row not working
I have made sure that the headers are seated and cleared the bonds. It does not seem to be holding the ctrl but the middle row on the right side is still not working
