Account incorrectly flagged as Partner Billing
That's a separate issue I'm trying to resolve. I've raised a billing ticket just not hopeful on getting a response
I have one invoice that says "partially paid" that was issued on 24th Sept.
However - coincidentally - I had the exact amount charged to my credit card on 6th September. I've reconciled the invoices and our charges and we are paid in full.
