Account incorrectly flagged as Partner Billing

I have an account which I set up myself (for my company) with a work credit card. 100% definitely no partners involved. Now when I go to edit the payment settings, it says : "Managed Billing Billing for this account is managed by your partner." Any ideas??

That + the top banner is interesting. You don't see any unpaid invoices under invoices and documents? Eitherway probably going to need a billing ticket ?support

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email. Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community. Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. That's a separate issue I'm trying to resolve. I've raised a billing ticket just not hopeful on getting a response I have one invoice that says "partially paid" that was issued on 24th Sept. However - coincidentally - I had the exact amount charged to my credit card on 6th September. I've reconciled the invoices and our charges and we are paid in full.
