Alfredo Comments - Answer Overflow

We are on instance 10.3.0cl, and this is the ticket we created: Case No. 00375407. It seems the dual scrollbars issue is fixed; however, while the scrollbar works fine on a large screen, an issue occurs when the screen is minimized. The scrollbar disappears from view when you try to reach the end of the liveboard. Please see the attached video.
