server was stopped,
I downloaded everything,
deleted everything,
made map edits (playerdata was included there),
then uploaded new editted map (including playerdata),
installed updated modpack
Started the server
and I end up as a first time joiner on the server when testing

I basically just trimmed the map and regenned it with chunky, but playerdata seems to have been gone.

thank you very much, though in hindsight I believe I am gonna get rid of sinytra connector and all the other fabric mods.
I am gonna rework my modack and remove most of the modded mobs
