You have to wait for support and they will ask you security questions, for example when was the account created

Here is some stuff that can help you 1. Check connected accounts (Google or Steam) to check if one of those was not breached 2. Don't share information about your email or passwords. 3. Also Change your password every 3 months and your 2fa every year if needed
