my account got hacked and the hacker changed my email but i still have access to the account so i was wondering whether i was able to somehow get back the account

but im afraid if i log out they will change the password and i wont be able to log back into my acc

Here is some stuff that can help you
1. Check connected accounts (Google or Steam) to check if one of those was not breached
2. Don't share information about your email or passwords.
3. Also Change your password every 3 months and your 2fa every year if needed

You have to wait for support and they will ask you security questions, for example when was the account created
