Problems with the Teleporter Mod by ''Boyshall''

Hello everyone, When I launch the mod and play in the world, the Teleporter Mod content isn't displayed. It says it will be unlocked at Milestone 5, but there's nothing there. Is the mod broken, or have I missed something?
