No worries just a test area and no production domain + no services api keys are set so it useless even if you create an account.

If you want to use your own Domain (and already set the A Record in Cloudflare [for example: "postiz.your-domain.com"]) change the URL to "https://postiz.your-domain.com:5000".

Do not remove the port. By default the URL from Coolify will be something like " http://postiz-mocwwoc480sg4ock8o0go4wk.217.196.50.138.sslip.io:5000".
