I can not find a CNAME record in my dns for the site www.reigrow.com neither does the redirect point

Hey Experts. I am facing an issue with our domain. I can't locate a CNAME for www.reigrow.com . When I try to find it it is still linked to a server but the problem is that I don't want it pointing there. Also I want it to be redirecting to the url https://reigrow.com and I have set it up in the page rules but that also doesn't work.
