Integration with Google authentication
You must also have an API key for a Google account (or service account). You will not need to add a specific API if you are only using authentication.

You were right. You have to use theses commands : 
yarn database:migrate:prod
yarn command:prod upgrade-0.32
yarn database:migrate:prod
yarn command:prod upgrade-0.32

I have read this page of the documentation (link), and for this update, there is no mention of a database migration to be performed.

Error: An instance of EnvironmentVariables has failed the validation
I don't know if an update is working fine with the new APP_SECRET defined. Does all the historicals datas are upgraded ... I have to try. I do not have the answer yet.

Same here. The documentation (https://twenty.com/developers/section/self-hosting/docker-compose) hasn't changed.
