Billing Team Unresponsive
Hi
I have raised a ticket several times with the billing team over the last few months, I get the email acknowledgment but they otherwise don't respond.
Can anyone help with alternative ways to speak to them / get a response?

"Stream Basic Minutes Viewed" and "Stream Basic Minutes of Video Viewed (in thousands)"
What's the difference between "Stream Basic Minutes Viewed" and "Stream Basic Minutes of Video Viewed (in thousands)"?
I get billed for both (randomly started a few months ago) and is the same amount each time. I've tried querying it with support, but they just don't get back to me.
Curious if anything to know the minutes viewed is billed twice now.
