Billing Team Unresponsive
Hi
I have raised a ticket several times with the billing team over the last few months, I get the email acknowledgment but they otherwise don't respond.
Can anyone help with alternative ways to speak to them / get a response?

Hey, creating a ticket is the only way to contact them. If you send me the ticket number, I can try to get some attention on it

LOL You wont get any support in my experience, many of us are waiting weeks or months for replies on support tickets
