Yes I've been with them 14 years all of my domains are external and they host no issues. Cloudflare seems to be different considering you can't change their dns settings

@james090500 Maybe from the MX records down need to be deleted. I have tried all I can think of and the hosting provider can't do anything until the domain is connected. In which at that point it would be fixed.

I have been using a system url so that I can work on the website itself. Any configurations would be done on cloudflare at this point. Even when I try to manage and external domain on the hosting server I still get verification pending as if the two are not communicating
