Secure Boot features will be found in similar locations as TPM 2.0. Here is an example of how to enable Secure Boot in Windows 10:
• Go to Start and click on the gear icon that takes you to the Settings app.
• Click on Update and Security and select Recovery.
• Under the Advanced Startup, you will see the Restart Now button.
• Once you click on Restart Now, your PC will now boot up with advanced options.
• Select Troubleshoot- Advanced Options: UEFI Firmware Settings.
• The Secure Boot option is usually in the Security or Boot tabs.
