VAN- 9001 and VAN- 9003
is this error message flat out impossible to fix on some systems, ive tried getting my friend into the game but his laptop runs into this error message

Ive also tried going into in bios to try and fix it and it just doesnt let me turn on the secure boot necessary
Bro no solution for it, mine problem was same too and i have to go to HP helpcenter to turn on secrue boot btw you can try if you don't trust me.
