URGENT 🚨‼ tutorial problem
so, it's not my problem but my buddy's
basically when he logs into the game (he is a console player going on pc) and gets to the tutorial, no voice comes up, nothing, and even when he tried making a new account it was the same
then i tried logging in his account but on my pc, and it said that the account wasn't associated with any existing ones
and im desperately seeking for a solution

tutorial bug
so, it's not actually my problem but more of someone's else
basically when he starts the game there's the tutorial but no voice, no explanation, nothing
and he's stuck and can't do anything (he already has an account on the game and is just a console player that went on pc)
