URGENT 🚨‼ tutorial problem
so, it's not my problem but my buddy's
basically when he logs into the game (he is a console player going on pc) and gets to the tutorial, no voice comes up, nothing, and even when he tried making a new account it was the same
then i tried logging in his account but on my pc, and it said that the account wasn't associated with any existing ones
and im desperately seeking for a solution

Have him try reinstalling, and if the issue persists, create an account on pc, log in, launch, login on console, launch, and that might fix the acc issues
