cpu usage over 50% when valo is running not in game.
as the title says my cpu usage % is like 50% idle on menu and in game goes 100%
idle just on windows for my pc is like 5-10% rn when i have yt running amv in background while using like spotify/discord nzxt cam and steel series gg software etc so alot of stuff and still 15% max usage when i open new tabs etc from what i can see.
also idk if this makes sense but multi thread rendering isnt changing my fps at all. they stay around 220 avg which is bad cuz online it says my cpu should get way more

is running some other game while playing valorant a bad idea?
so basically i installed google play pc beta and have been playing clash of clans etc on it on the second monitor while i play minecraft genshin etc would doing same for valorant be a problem with vanguard? dumb question considering it shouldnt detect it as cheats its just another game but google play pc beta does require like virtulization etc so i am wondering if vanguard would be alright with it xd

recording issue
so when i record with any software nvidia/insight tried so far both sometimes it ruins the recording by making it get stuck on like a frame at half way point and ruins my in game fps to my recordings are in hdd and game is in ssd nvme hdd works fine normally could someone recommend how i can maybe test if its harddrives on recording since on like data transfer etc it works fine other games run fine to only recording fcks up

mouse hz
does having a 4k hz mouse effect my game fps in valorant? enough to make more sense to swap to like 1k or 2k hz?
setup info: 280 hz asus tuf monitor with i3 12100f an 3060 ti nvme ssd etc. mouse is mchoose ax5 and gpx superlight
