ISP blocking domain

This is honestly the strangest thing I have ever heard. But the Typebot embedded on a website does not render on Virgin Wifi. When disconnecting and using Virgin mobile data it works, and other wifi is fine, just Virgin Wifi in the UK. multiple users reported it, different browsers etc. Any ideas? Thanks

Activating WhatApp business

Hi all. I have two chatbots on whatsapp, followed the instructions and its working well. Except now when the org goes to add the number to whatsapp business app it always says there is an error with whatsapp. Any ideas? thanks

User data into chatbot without them entering it

Hi all 🙂 I am trying to figure out the best way to get a users data into a chat without them having to enter it. E.g. they are a member on my wordpress website and when they click on a link in the site (they are logged in) it will open the chatbot and say Hi {{first_name}} which it will know already based on the logged in user. Thanks!
