Unable to Upgrade
Yes i did that, but i have no idea if it actually worked as i have no confirmation.
Besides being unable to add new domains, we are also blocked from upgrading one of our production domains to pro, and this starts to become really problematic.

Unable to Upgrade
I have the same issue for two weeks now, and i have no outstanding bills. Also, i can't see any of my open support cases in the support dashboard. When i re-opened a case for this issue, i got an email asking to provide a screenshot of the billing page, but the link to the support case in the email does not work so i can't do it.
Last case number is 01470415
